Your child should NEVER disclose personal information on any public website - accordingly, please advise them of the dangers of doing so.

Whilst you will find ZERO adult content on our website / nor our magazine, it must be understood that FACEON Magazine may contain content inappropriate for young people. For example, we do not encourage persons under the age of 16 to experiment with make-up to a professional level.

In accordance with the UK Data Protection Acts, we follow tight security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information provided to us by our customers. We therefore guarantee that we do not pass on any information given to us by our customers to other organisations that are NOT associated to / with FACEON MAGAZINE LTD, our subsidiary companies, our partners or our sponsors.
The personal details that you supply are for the sole purpose of fulfilling your request/s efficiently and to allow us to offer you an enjoyable service. Your name and e-mail (if supplied) will be added to our database. This database will be used to contact you from time to time.
You are free to unsubscribe from our database, at any time, by following the instructions in the email.
7. General
7.1
These terms and conditions are a complete and entire agreement between ourselves and you, the user. They supersede any prior terms, conditions or agreements, whether written or oral.
7.2
These terms and conditions are generally assigned to the use of this website. Competitions, additional products, features, submissions, blogs and discussion areas WILL include additional terms as displayed on their corresponding page/s.
7.3
Should any of these terms be found to be invalid by any court (with competent jurisdiction), the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Such remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

8. Submissions
8.1
TEXT SUBMISSIONS: We reserve the right to change, alter, edit or make addition to, any text based submission / article or feature supplied for publication in FACEON Magazine. Such alterations are to ensure publication quality and a proof may be requested (in digital format).
8.2
IMAGE SUBMISSIONS: All imagery must be provided in 300dpi (or over) - in high res, publication quality and without watermarking / logos. Imagery must also be provided by the relevant copyright holder/s or those with copyright permissions.
8.3
Full credits must be provided for each image and clearly labelled appropriately. We are not obliged to display credits for ANY submission and cannot and do not accept responsibility / liability for incorrect or wrongly advised credits.
8.4
ONE hard-copy will be supplied to the necessary copyright holder/s. Further magazines for use as 'tear sheets' should be purchased using the 'Buy Latest Issue' link/s. Digital (PDF) versions are available to all contributors upon request.
8.5
By submitting your work to FACEON Magazine (for intended web or hard-copy), you agree to, and abide by the above terms. Further, you will hold FACEON Magazine Ltd (and subsidiary companies), it's Directors and Employees harmless of ANY liability and give your complete consent to the above. Any breach of copyright will be the sole responsibility of the person/s that made the submission. You also hereby agree that ANY submission (for intended web or print use) may be used in one of, or both mediums and throughout our subsidiary's products.
8.5
Certain articles (between terms 1.0 - 8.5) may apply to BOTH on-line and physical products offered by FACEON Magazine Ltd. Therefore, you must agree to our terms (in entirety) before any interaction between yourself and FACEON Magazine Ltd.
